The management and staff of the esteemed Transcorp Hilton Abuja gathered today to celebrate and express deep appreciation for their 30-year partnership with the highly respected Otunba Bamidele Akingboye, PDP gubernatorial aspirant for Ondo State.
Otunba Akingboye is one of Transcorp Hilton’s longest-standing and most valued guests. As one of their first patrons since opening 30 years ago, he has become like family. Transcorp Hilton staff have treasured watching his distinguished career in public service reach aspirational new heights over the decades.
The staff organizing the event included Madam Mariam and several other long-tenured employees who have had the pleasure of interacting with Otunba Akingboye over the last 30 years. They reminisced fondly on many meaningful conversations, debates, and strategy sessions held at the iconic hotel.
There to honor Otunba Akingboye were also close political allies and rising stars who express deep admiration for his wisdom and principled leadership. These included His Excellency Dr. Ugochukwu Williams, vibrant young PDP Presidential hopeful for 2023, and Hon. Salami Abosede Agbaje, dedicated former PDP House of Assembly aspirant.
As they raised a celebratory toast, the Transcorp Hilton staff conveyed their profound hope that the next 30 years working shoulder-to-shoulder with Otunba Akingboye prove just as collaborative and impactful.
