The Man O’ War Nigeria, Ondo State Command has trained over 250 of it area and unit command personnel across the 18 local government areas of the state on effective leadership and role of voluntary paramilitary organization in nation building which will help in shaping the future of the society.
Speaking during the year 2024 leaders workshop, aimed at fostering members empowerment through leadership, held at Morenike Adamu Adedipe Multipurpose Hall, C.A.C Grammar School, Akure, Ondo state, the Commander of the organization, Prince Adedayo Adeniyan said the gathering symbolized a significant milestone in the journey towards impacting positive change and constructing a more resilient society.
The command’s Public Relations Officer, Kehinde Adenigba, in a statement made available to journalists on Monday in Akure emphasized the need that youths should see themselves as a leader that could make an impact in the society not as instruments of the devil before, during and after the forthcoming gubernatorial primaries and governorship election come November 16th, 2024.
Adeniyan, therefore, appealed to the state government to come to the aides of the command and other viable voluntary uniform organizations in the state so as to contribute more to the security architectural structure of the state.

Also speaking, the state commander of the organization between 1998 to 2004; High Chief Akomolafe Pius highlighted the importance of leaders, volunteerism and Man O’ War in nation building by contributing actively in the forthcoming gubernatorial election in Ondo State in supporting other security agencies in the state has they’ve done at the past.
