ALLEGE FUEL THEFT BY WALE AKINTERINWA TEAM; POLICE INVITES CONCERNED PARTIES, CP ORDERS STATE CID TO INVESTIGATE
The Ondo State police command is in receipt of the complaint of alleged fuel theft by persons suspected to be of Wale Akinteriwa campaign team at Matrix filling station in Ondo town.
The viral video with several tagging of Police social media handles by concerned citizens and thereby gained the attention of the command and will be thoroughly investigated.
The Commissioner of Police, CP Abayomi P. Oladipo has ordered the State Criminal Investigation Department to take over the case and invite all parties involved in the melee and bring up report forthwith.
The command wishes to sound a note of warning to all aspirants to advise their supporters to comport themselves and act within the ambits of the law as untoward conduct will be resisted by the command.
While we await the outcome of investigation, the command calls for calm amongst the good and law abiding people of the state.
