Former deputy Speaker, Ondo state House of Assembly, Iroju Ogundeji has congratulated governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa on his victory at the just concluded APC governorship primary election in Ondo state.
Iroju, in a statement noted that the victory of Governor Aiyedatiwa as the APC candidate has been predestined and ordained by God.
According to the former deputy Speaker, Aiyedatiwa emergence has proven beyond reasonable doubt that he is loved by members of the party who want him to continue as the governor of Ondo state.
Iroju however urged Aiyedatiwa to embrace other contestants in the primary election, for the progress of the party ahead of the November 16 governorship election in the state.
He said, “As One family, we need one another to ensure victory of our dear party in the forthcoming governorship election. We should not take Unity and togetherness for granted at this stage.
“Primary election has gone, we should come together and face the huddle before us so that come 2025, APC will continue to provide dividends of democracy to the good people of Ondo state.”
