An Akure High Court on Thursday declared as unconstitutional and illegal the creation of 33 Local Government Development Areas (LCDAs) in Ondo state.
In a landmark judgement, Justice A.O Adebusuoye, described the LCDAs as inchoate and not lawfully created.
