Ondo 2024: APC Agog as Minister, Olawande, Reinvigorates Party in Akure South

The Minister of State for Youth Development, Engr. Ayodele Olawande, has given a significant boost to the Ondo State APC in Akure South, energizing the party’s grassroots ahead of upcoming elections.

In a tangible display of support, the Minister has donated a total sum of N1,650,000 to enhance party activities in the local government.

This amount, disbursed equally among the eleven wards, translates to N150,000 per ward, providing a much-needed financial injection to strengthen grassroots engagement, mobilization efforts, and party infrastructure development.

The Chairman of the All Progressives Congress in Akure South Local Government, Chief Fesobi Akinmolayan, praised the Minister’s contribution, saying: “The Minister has brought a new wave of excitement and enthusiasm to the party, and his generous support has further strengthened our resolve to deliver Akure South for the APC in the upcoming elections.

“He has injected a significant dose of energy and momentum into our party’s activities, and we are confident that his support will translate into tangible results at the polls”

Similarly, the Chairman of Ward 10, Mr. Deji Omotoso and Ward 11, Mr Sesan Ogunleye, appreciated the Minister for his selfless contribution to the growth and development of the party in Akure South.

“His leadership and vision have inspired a new wave of enthusiasm and dedication among party members, and we are confident that his support will translate into tangible results at the polls”, they concluded.
