Akeredolu’s Former Infrastructure Commissioner, Aminu Loses Dad

Former Commissioner for Infrastructure, Lands and Housing under the Late Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu administration, Engr. Raimi Aminu has lost his father, Alhaji Abdul Kareem Aminu Oluwajetemiodara.

Alhaji Oluwajekitemiodara died late hour of Sunday, 22nd September, 2024. He was buried according to Muslim rite on Monday, September 23rd.

The Chief Immam of ijebu-owo and State Missioner Ansar Ud Deen Society Of Nigeria, Ondo State was aged 92.

Alhaji Oluwajekitemiodara was a spiritual leader, teacher, and community pillar who worked tirelessly to promote Islamic knowledge, unity, and peace in both Owo Local Government and the State at large.

He was a prominent member of the League of Imams and Alfas in Ondo State and the Southwest, and member of the Council of Missioner Ansar Ud Deen Nationwide.

The Islamic Cleric was loved and respected by his community. He was known for his peaceful resolution of disputes and strong religious stance and tolerance.

His Eighth day fidau prayer will hold at Football field, GRA, Owo by 10.30am on Monday, September 30, 2024.

He will be sorely missed by his family members, the people of Ijebu-Owo Kingdom, and the entire Muslim and Christian communities, the State and Nigeria as a whole.
