Prince Emmanuel Aderosoye Fadola has called on Christians to demonstrate genuine love to one another, stressing that this is the essence of the Christmas celebration.
Fadola made this call in his Christmas address, which was made available to Newsmen.
Highlighting the true purpose of the festive season, Fadola noted that it is not merely a time for feasting and merriment but an opportunity to reflect on our relationship with Christ, whose birth and mission inspire the celebration.
“Let me express my gratitude to God for granting us the privilege to witness another Christmas celebration, a time when Christians worldwide come together to honor the birth of Jesus Christ, our Saviour.
“However, it is important to clarify that Christmas is not just a festive season, not merely a time to eat, drink, and be merry. Instead, it is a moment to pause and reflect on our connection with Christ, whose purpose and birth form the foundation of this celebration.
“In light of this, I urge us all to develop a great passion for showing genuine love to one another and for living moral lives—principles I consider essential for stabilizing our immediate society and Nigeria at large.”
Recall that yesterday, Tuesday, he distributed over 400 bags of rice and considerable cash prizes to residents across his local government in Ifedore to ensure they have the necessary wherewithal to celebrate Christmas
