In a heartwarming gesture of love and compassion, the KekeAwada Charity Foundation celebrated the festive season by distributing free foodstuffs to 100 vulnerable persons in Akure, Ondo State.

The event, held in the spirit of Christmas, aimed to uplift the less privileged and create a memorable holiday experience for the community.

The day was not just about giving; it also featured exciting recreational activities, including traditional games like Ayo Olopon, Ludo, and Draughts.

These games brought joy and fostered a sense of camaraderie among attendees, young and old.

Speaking at the event, the founder of the foundation, Adekunle Adewumi (popularly known as KekeAwada), emphasized the importance of giving back during the festive season.

“Christmas is a season of love, sharing, and togetherness. At KekeAwada Charity Foundation, we are committed to supporting vulnerable members of our community and ensuring they feel the joy of the season,” he said.

Beneficiaries of the outreach expressed their gratitude, with many describing the initiative as a beacon of hope. One recipient said, “This gesture has made my Christmas brighter. I am grateful to KekeAwada Charity Foundation for remembering us.”

The foundation, known for its consistent efforts in empowering the less privileged, also took the opportunity to encourage the public to support similar initiatives, stressing that collective efforts could make a significant impact.
