The Chief Executive Officer, Emerge Global Resources Limited, Bukola Oladeji has advised singles to celebrate themselves during Valentine’s Day instead of being worried about happenings on the day.
Oladeji gave the advice while speaking with Roving Reporters in Akure the ondo state capital.

She said, “ My advice is for everyone because everybody is involved, directly or indirectly, because everybody wants to be associated with love.
“So on that note, the first thing that I would like to share is the fact that as a person, you should love yourself.
“You can’t give what you don’t have if you don’t love yourself, you cannot also teach people how to love you the right way. So where it starts from is, please love yourself the right way.
“Don’t be too hard on yourself when you make mistakes. Express the things the way you would want to be treated. Please do it to yourself first.
“Love yourself unconditionally, and that’s the best way to attract love, genuine love, into your life.
Oladeji also advised those who have partners saying, “ Please express what your partner means to you. Let your partner know what they mean to you. Let them know.
“Express it not only in words. Express it in your gift and as much as you have, please express it.
“And for those that do not have partners that believe that Valentine Day is for those that have partners alone, please take yourself out. Enjoy yourself. Be happy.
“Do things that would make you happy, be involved in activities that will make you happy, and you’re going to be fine.“
