The Group Director O’dua Investment Company Limited, Otunba Lai Oriowo has called on all eligible voters in Osun State, to turn out in their large numbers on Saturday, February 22, 2025, to vote for all the chairmanship and councillorship candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the local government elections.
In his appeal, Otunba Oriowo emphasized the importance of grassroots governance in driving sustainable growth and development across Osun State.
He noted that electing PDP candidates would ensure continued progress in infrastructure, education, healthcare, and social welfare initiatives that will benefit all residents, which will also compliment the giant strides of Osun State Governor, His Excellency Ademola Adeleke.
Otunba Oriowo said this election, is a crucial opportunity for us all, especially for all the six local governments in Ijesaland, to strengthen democracy at the local government level and ensure that our communities continue to witness meaningful development.
The PDP remains committed to delivering good governance, and we must all come out en-masse to support our party’s candidates,” he stated.
Otunba Oriowo urged voters to participate peacefully and responsibly in the election, reinforcing the PDP’s dedication to transparent and accountable leadership.
The O’dua Group Director, expressed confidence that the people of Osun State, would make the right choice by voting for progress and continuity under the PDP.
He further called on security agencies and electoral officials to ensure a free, fair, and credible election process, that reflects the will of the people, as the future of Osun State lies in our hands.
