A veteran Broadcaster, Alhaji Abolade Salami who is also a friend to Gospel Singer and owner of fresh FM stations, Yinka Ayefele on Tuesday narrowly escaped death when a heavy duty truck hit his car from behind.
The accident came just after 3 days when Ayefele unveiled his new mansion.
It was gathered that the ghastly accident occurred in front of the music house in Ibadan the Oyo state capital.
The truck was said to have hit Abolade’s car from behind when he wanted to avoid hitting an okada rider who was riding on one way.
Reacting on a Radio Programme on Wednesday, Ayefele thanked God that the incident did not claim the live of Salami.
Ayefele said the broadcaster’s family had just alighted a few kilometers before the place where the incident occurred.
According to Ayefele, People would have implicated him and Alleged him of using his friend for ritual if something worse had happened.
He however thanked God that the veteran Broadcasters came out of the car without sustaining any injuries.
Popular Nigerian gospel singer had recently added a new mansion to his list of assets.
Ayefele shared stunning photos of the luxury building on his official social media pages with a short but emotional caption: “MO MOOORE, EKU ITOJU MI, ESE GAN AN NI…” — a Yoruba expression which means “I am very grateful, thank you for taking care of me.”
