A police officer in Ondo state,( name withheld ) is allegedly being questioned and to be arrested for allegedly assaulting his daughter sexually since she was 10.
Ondo based online media Activist, Yemi Fasipe, who shared the story on X, said the victim who is 23 years old now, reached out to him to relay the alleged incident.
Fasipe said the victim disclosed that her mother is aware of the incident but wants to let it slide so as to protect her husband.
Fasipe added that the state Commissioner of Police, Wilfred Afolabi has stepped into the case and that the accused officer is being profiled for immediate arrest.
