Father’s Day: Osamaye hails Aiyedatiwa as Pillar of Hope, Progress in Ondo

In celebration of the 2025 Father’s Day, Ondo State women have united in a heartfelt tribute to Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, lauding him as a beacon of fatherly leadership and a champion of people-centered governance.

Speaking during a special Father’s Day message, the Commissioner Designate, Dr. Seun Osamaye, extended warm felicitations to the Governor, describing him as the “Spiritual Father of Ondo State” whose selfless leadership has rekindled hope and strengthened the state’s foundation for sustainable growth and development.

This year’s celebration, themed “Fathers: Nurturing Resilience and Shaping Futures,” underscores the indispensable role of fathers in fostering love, strength, and continuity within families and society at large. Dr. Osamaye, addressing the press on behalf of women across Ondo State, praised Governor Aiyedatiwa for embodying these virtues through his inclusive and visionary governance.

She commended his fatherly commitment to community development, enhanced healthcare delivery, improved security architecture, and prioritization of social welfare programmes aimed at uplifting the lives of the citizenry.

“Governor Aiyedatiwa is not just a political leader but a true father to all. His deep understanding of the people’s needs and his tireless efforts in addressing them have brought hope, peace, and progress to every corner of the Sunshine State,” she said.

Dr. Osamaye noted that under the Governor’s watch, key sectors such as education, infrastructure, and economic development have received significant attention, laying a strong foundation for a prosperous Ondo State.

She prayed for continued wisdom, strength, and good health for Governor Aiyedatiwa, affirming that his legacy of love and dedication will be remembered by generations to come.
