The All Progressives Congress (APC) Youth Leader in Ondo State, Comrade Olalekan Adeyemo, has congratulated Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa and his Deputy, Dr. Olayide Adelami, on their emphatic victory at the Court of Appeal.
In a statement made available to journalists in Akure, Comrade Adeyemo described the appellate court’s verdict as a strong affirmation of the judiciary as the hope of the common man and a crucial pillar of democracy.
He commended the ruling as not only a validation of the people’s mandate but also a landmark judgment that reinforces the rule of law.
“This judgment will remain a reference point for generations to come, both in Ondo State and across Nigeria,” he noted.
Comrade Adeyemo urged opposition parties, particularly the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Agboola Ajayi, as well as contenders from the SDP, ADC, and APM, to accept the outcome in good faith and join hands with Governor Aiyedatiwa in building a progressive, united, and prosperous Ondo State.
He further advised APC members and supporters to remain magnanimous in victory and encouraged the opposition to embrace the spirit of sportsmanship.
The youth leader also called on all citizens and party faithful irrespective of political, ethnic, or religious leanings to support Governor Aiyedatiwa’s transformative OUR EASE agenda aimed at accelerating development across the state.

The APC youth leader further expressed great believe in the administration of governor Aiyedatiwa stating that with the structures already on ground the fortune and economy revitalization of Ondo state is assured.
It will be recalled that on Thursday, July 31, the Court of Appeal sitting in Akure and presided over by Justices Nimpar Yargata, K.I. Amadi, and I.M. Sani, unanimously dismissed the appeals filed by the PDP, ADC, APM, and SDP for lack of merit, stating that the petitioners failed to prove substantial non-compliance with the Electoral Act.
