Blood in Boss’s Bedroom: Police arrest Suspect over Ile Oluji Mystery Death

by Roving

The Ondo State Police Command has confirmed that a suspect is currently in custody over the mysterious death of a young man, Isaiah Bademosi, inside his employer’s home in Ile Oluji.

Police Public Relations Officer, Olushola Ayanlade, said investigation is ongoing and assured that “no stone will be left unturned in unraveling the mystery surrounding his death.”

Tension has gripped Ile Oluji since the incident, which sparked protests from residents and relatives of the deceased who demand justice.

Isaiah’s younger sister, Rachel Bademosi, narrated her last conversation with him, revealing that he borrowed her phone on the night of his death.

At about 10:16 p.m., he called her using his boss’s phone to ask for her password. That, she said, was the last time she heard from him alive.

By the following morning, Rachel said she received news of his sudden death. On rushing to the house, she claimed she saw blood through the boss’s bedroom window.

“The authorities moved his body to the mortuary without informing his wife or family,” she alleged, adding that the matter was later transferred to the State Intelligence Bureau (SIB) in Akure with little progress reported.

On Sunday, youths and family members staged a protest in Ile Oluji, chanting solidarity songs and carrying placards demanding answers.

Rachel, who led the demonstration, declared: “This is not just about my brother. This is about justice for every family. Nigerians must help us get answers.”

The police, meanwhile, have assured the public that thorough investigations are underway.
