The Member representing Ile-Oluji/Oke-Igbo Constituency in the Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon. Nelson Akinsuroju, has extended warm congratulations to Comrade Olumide Oyebade on his nomination as Supervisory Councillor in Ile-Oluji/Oke-Igbo Local Government.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, Hon. Akinsuroju described Oyebade’s nomination as “a well-deserved honour that reflects his proven leadership qualities, integrity, and passion for community service.”
“I warmly congratulate Comrade Olumide Oyebade on this milestone achievement. His nomination by the Executive Chairman, Hon. Adebare Adeboye, is a testament to his dedication and commitment to the growth and development of Ile-Oluji/Oke-Igbo. I have no doubt that he will bring his wealth of experience to bear in grassroots governance,” the lawmaker stated.
Hon. Akinsuroju further urged Oyebade to see the nomination as a call to greater service, assuring him of his continuous support in advancing policies and programmes that will uplift the people of the constituency.
“I pray for God’s wisdom, strength, and guidance for him as he takes up this responsibility. May his tenure bring progress, peace, and lasting impact to our people,” he added.
The lawmaker also commended the Executive Chairman for nominating individuals he described as “credible and community-focused personalities” to serve in his cabinet, stressing that inclusive governance remains the cornerstone of sustainable development.
