The Director-General of the Bola Tinubu for President 2027 (BTO4BAT) group, Ogbeni Adesuyi Adojutelegan, has expressed confidence in President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s ability to effectively tackle the nation’s security challenges as the group inaugurated its ward coordinators in Ondo North Senatorial District.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony held in Arigidi Akoko, Akoko North West Local Government Area of Ondo State, Adojutelegan said the newly appointed coordinators would play a vital role in strengthening grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 general elections.

He stressed the importance of unity and collective action in combating rising criminal activities, particularly the disturbing cases of armed kidnappings involving public school students, noting that the Tinubu administration remains committed to restoring security and stability across the country.

According to him, the coordinators are expected to take the message of the President’s achievements and reforms to the grassroots, ensuring widespread support for his re-election bid.

He also lauded the performance of the Minister of Interior, Hon. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, describing his efforts as impactful and reassuring.

“The coordinators must intensify grassroots mobilisation for President Bola Tinubu’s re-election across all wards. The President has demonstrated competence in every sector and is fully committed to overcoming the nation’s security challenges,” Adojutelegan said.

Representing the Minister of Interior, Fafumilade Adetilewa reaffirmed the Federal Government’s determination to defeat insecurity, stating that ongoing reforms were already producing positive results.

“We will overcome insecurity. Support President Bola Tinubu’s initiatives and his re-election in 2027. He has performed creditably and deserves another term,” he assured.

Also speaking, Chairman of the APC in Akoko North West Local Government Area, Kehinde Obanla, urged party members to remain steadfast and rally behind the President, adding that Tunji-Ojo’s performance should be rewarded at the polls.

One of the newly inaugurated coordinators, Suleiman Muyideen, assured of renewed efforts to boost grassroots support, citing the strong goodwill enjoyed by the Interior Minister among the people as a positive signal for the President’s re-election campaign.

The event attracted prominent APC leaders and party faithful from across the local government area, marking another strategic step in consolidating support for President Tinubu ahead of the 2027 elections.
