•••Honours Him With New Book on Ethical Governance
Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has been described as a leader whose administration is guided by integrity, moral authority and a sense of divine purpose.
This commendation was given by the Resident Pastor of the Ondo State Government House Chapel, Alagbaka, Pastor Oluwatobi Oke, during the public presentation of his new book titled “The Priesthood in Governance.”
Pastor Oke, who authored the work, said the publication examines governance through moral and spiritual lenses, using Aiyedatiwa as a model of values-driven, people-oriented leadership.
According to him, the book highlights the Governor’s calm disposition, ethical conduct and inclusive approach to administration.
He noted that the narrative presents Aiyedatiwa not merely as a political figure but as a leader whose emergence is seen as divinely aligned and founded on discipline, virtue and accountability.
Oke explained that the book goes beyond personal tribute, offering a guide for public office holders on the importance of moral authority and spiritual consciousness in governance.
He added that Governor Aiyedatiwa’s focus on development across key sectors — including infrastructure, security, healthcare, education and social welfare — reinforces his commitment to purposeful and sustainable governance.
The author stated that “The Priesthood in Governance” contributes to national discourse by showing how principled leadership can promote stability, efficient administration and societal transformation.
As part of his remarks, Pastor Oke also extended early birthday greetings to the Governor, praying for renewed strength, wisdom and greater impact in service.
“Happy birthday in advance, Your Excellency,” he said, noting that Ondo State is experiencing a leadership style that blends authority with humility and power with compassion.
