The General Overseer of God Central Ministry in Ekiti State, Prophet Olumuyiwa Akogun, has raised concerns over a possible political crisis in Ondo State involving Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa and his deputy, Dr. Olaide Adelami.
In a video currently circulating on social media, the cleric recounted a vision he claimed to have received concerning the state’s leadership.
Speaking during a church programme, Prophet Akogun said he saw what appeared to be a breaking news announcement suggesting that the deputy governor was impeached.
According to him, in the vision, he saw the governor and his deputy standing behind one another with a flag before a sudden storm arose and caused separation between them.
“I saw breaking news. I saw the picture of the deputy governor, and I saw that she was impeached. The Lord told me that a step will be taken, and that step will cause chaos between the governor and the deputy. It shall be a serious problem,” he declared.
In the viral video, the prophet further warned that the deputy governor might be impeached if both the governor and his deputy do not come together in unity.
He urged the two leaders to reconcile and work together in order to avert what he described as a looming crisis.
As of the time of this report, there has been no official indication of any rift or impeachment process involving Governor Aiyedatiwa’s deputy.
