The Director-General of BTO for PBAT 2027, Ogbeni Adesuyi Adojutelegan, has restated the group’s commitment to grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 general elections, declaring that securing the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu remains its foremost objective.
Adojutelegan made this known during a strategic meeting with key stakeholders in Abuja, where he underscored the importance of grassroots engagement as the foundation of the group’s campaign strategy.
According to him, coordinated mobilisation efforts at the ward and local government levels will form the backbone of the movement, with plans to extend outreach to every part of the country.
He noted that direct community engagement is critical to sustaining political momentum and achieving electoral victory.
“Effective grassroots mobilisation is the most reliable strategy for maintaining political momentum and achieving electoral success,” Adojutelegan said, adding that the strength of any political movement lies in its ability to connect meaningfully with the people at the community level.
He further disclosed that the group is intensifying plans to strengthen its outreach programmes, broaden its volunteer base, and build a formidable grassroots structure capable of galvanising widespread support at the polls.
The meeting brought together coordinators and strategic partners who expressed their commitment to the mission and objectives of BTO for PBAT 2027.
Participants pledged sustained engagement and effective mobilisation as preparations for the 2027 elections gather pace.
They also acknowledged the support of the Honourable Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, in advancing the group’s agenda.
