Popular Ondo based Broadcaster, AbdulFatai Dan Wahab’s father, Alhaji Abdul Wahab Abdul Rasheed is dead.
A statement by the family says “Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un (We are from Allah and to Him, we shall return).
“May Alhaji Abdul Wahab Abdul Rasheed’s soul rest in eternal peace, and may we the children, family and loved ones, find comfort during this difficult time.
“He was the Chief Imam of Ojude Mosque, Idanre, Ondo State and father of famous broadcaster of several decades, Abdul Fatai Danwahab, Omo Iya oni diri.
“Our dear father passed on in the early hours of yesterday, at his country home in Ilorin, Kwara State. May Allah grant him Jannatul Firdaus. Ameen.”
