The member representing Ileoluji/Okeigbo Constituency in the Ondo State House of Assembly, Hon. Nelson Akinsuroju, has extended heartfelt congratulations to his orderly, Mr. Sunday Akinrun, on his recent promotion within the Nigeria Police Force.
Mr. Olamide, who was elevated from the rank of Corporal to Sergeant, was decorated at a brief but colourful reception ceremony hosted by the lawmaker.
Speaking during the decoration, Hon. Akinsuroju praised Sergeant Olamide’s years of dedication, professionalism, and discipline, describing the promotion as a “well-deserved recognition of service and commitment to duty.”
“This elevation is a testament to your unrelenting devotion to the call of duty. As you assume this new rank, I pray for continued strength, divine protection, and wisdom in your service to our nation,” Akinsuroju said.
He further urged the newly promoted officer to remain a role model within the Force and continue to uphold the values of integrity and excellence.
