A financial management consultant and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Mr. Ayo Gbenga Olumoyegun, FCA, FIPA, has congratulated Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on his victory at the Supreme Court, describing the judgment as a testament to the people’s trust in his leadership.
Olumoyegun, popularly known as Osgood, said the verdict has cleared the final legal hurdle, paving the way for the governor to concentrate fully on governance and the delivery of democratic dividends to the people of the Sunshine State.
In a personally signed statement made available to journalists in Akure on Saturday, the financial expert and grassroots mobiliser said the ruling was not only a triumph for Governor Aiyedatiwa, but also for democracy and the rule of law.
The statement, titled “Congratulations on Your Well-Deserved Victory!” read in part:
“I extend my heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, Executive Governor of Ondo State, on his well-deserved victory at the Supreme Court. This triumph is truly the Lord’s doing and marks a renewed mandate for progress, peace, and prosperity in our dear Sunshine State.
We believe this victory is not just a legal affirmation, but a divine endorsement of the good works yet to come. As you continue to steer the affairs of our beloved State, may your leadership bring unity, development, and lasting impact to every corner of the state. May Almighty God continue to guide you, grant you divine wisdom, sound health, and the strength to lead with excellence and integrity.”
Olumoyegun also appealed to political stakeholders across party divides to put aside partisan interests and work collectively for the growth and development of Ondo State.
