Since his appointment in October 2023, Hon. Olawande has empowered over 10,000 youths through skills development and mentorship programs, launched the Youth Innovation Hub supporting 500 startups and creating 2,000 jobs, and introduced initiatives like the Youth Skills Acquisition Program and the ‘Youth Connect’ app to bridge gaps in employability and digital engagement. His innovative programs have set a benchmark for youth empowerment in Nigeria.
Hon. Jimoh described him as a visionary leader whose dedication continues to inspire hope among Nigerian youth and prayed for his continued success in driving impactful change.
Hon. Jimoh also celebrated Hon. Kolawole Babatunde on his 50th birthday for his exemplary service during his tenure in the 8th National Assembly as a representative of Akoko South East/West Federal Constituency.
Known for his advocacy and qualitative representation, also as two term ondo state cabinet member Hon. Babatunde delivered numerous constituency projects that positively transformed lives, including youth empowerment initiatives and petitions addressing injustices.
