Popular gospel comedian and prophet, Ayo Ajewole, widely known as Woli Agba, has narrated a shocking testimony of how he narrowly escaped death in what he described as a “miracle on wheels.”
Burst Tyre, Burning Tank
According to Woli Agba, the incident happened on Saturday while heading to an event. After surviving a burst tyre on the highway, he managed to get another car to continue the journey.
However, on arrival at the venue, things took a frightening turn. Unknown to him, the fuel tank of the replacement car — already half-filled with petrol — had caught fire while he was inside changing his outfit.
Flames Refused to Explode
Incredibly, despite visible flames, the vehicle did not explode while he was seated inside. “Everyone thought it was just a cable burning,” he wrote in his Facebook post on Wednesday.
Efforts to extinguish the fire with multiple fire extinguishers failed. Fearing disaster, people at the event centre pushed the car away to prevent other vehicles from catching fire.
The Mystery Rescuer
Just when hope seemed lost, Woli Agba said an unknown man suddenly appeared carrying an industrial fire extinguisher. He went straight to the burning car, quenched the fire, and disappeared before anyone could identify him.
“The excitement made everyone forget to ask who he was. Nobody knew his face,” Woli Agba recounted.
“Like the Burning Bush”
Reflecting on the experience, the comedian likened it to biblical miracles:
“If the case of Moses’ burning bush is not believable, I just experienced petrol burning without explosion. Even if some doubt the three Hebrews’ story, I was sitting inside the fire that could have ended me.”
Thanksgiving
Woli Agba concluded his post by giving glory to God, saying the incident was a testimony of divine preservation.
“To God alone be all the glory forever,” he wrote.
