Love is in the air for ace broadcast journalist Adegboyega Alani of Adaba FM, Akure in ondo state capital as he announced his engagement to his heartthrob, Rejoice Ugboojoide Onoja, fondly described as his “Igala princess.”
Alani, who is widely admired for his romantic on-air sessions and popular love programme on Adaba FM, took to his Facebook page to share the exciting news of his proposal.
In a playful narration, the radio personality revealed that he had informed Onoja’s boss of his plans before arriving to pop the big question.
“Everything was set before I got there sha… Rejoice, you are the best that I choose among the rest. It’s a forever journey, nobody is leaving this marriage ooo,” he wrote with excitement.
The couple’s engagement has since sparked warm reactions among friends, colleagues, and listeners who have followed Alani’s journey on air. A video of the proposal, he teased, will be released soon.
